CAN I PERSONALIZE ITEMS IN A DIFFERENT LANGUAGE?
MyMakeupBrushes.com currently only produces items using the standard English keyboard. Please note that special accent symbols or special characters can't be produced.

MyMakeupBrushes.com reserves the right to refuse reproduction of prohibited content. Prohibited content includes content or material (text, images or photos) that MyMakeupBrushes.com believes:
- Is abusive, deceptive, pornographic, obscene, defamatory, slanderous, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
- Contains copyrighted material used without written permission of the owner.
- Violates or otherwise encroached on the rights of others.
- Advocates illegal activity.
- Harms anyone, including minors.
- Provides a link to any of the above.
CAN I ORDER AN ITEM WITHOUT PERSONALIZATION?
Absolutely. While we pride ourselves on creating treasured memories by adding names or images to our collection of gifts, should you choose not to personalize it, just add to cart and check out.
WILL THE ACTUAL PRODUCT VARY FROM WHAT I SEE ON YOUR WEBSITE?
The product images shown have the most accurate color possible. Differences in computer monitors may result in color variations between the actual product and your computer monitor. We do our best to provide you with the most accurate images, but please be advised that some variation in color & leather texture may exist.
CAN I EXCEED THE CHARACTER LIMITS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE? ARE SPACES CONSIDERED A CHARACTER?
At MyMakeupBrushes.com, our goal is to allow as much flexibility as possible with customer personalization. For each product, however, our product design team has determined what will look best, which is how we set each character limit. You can be sure your product will look unforgettable! NOTE: Spaces and punctuation do count as characters. Should you NEED more characters, email us and we will see what we can do to accommodate your needs.
CAN I RETURN A MONOGRAMMED ITEM?
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on personalized products. Verify your monogram or personalization is correct before purchasing.
CAN I RETURN A NON-MONOGRAMMED ITEM?
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on any of our products. Verify your order is correct before purchasing.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We offer our customers several convenient payment options. We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. We also offer PayPal for your convenience. We do not accept cash, checks or COD.
WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER OR SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?
You will receive confirmation from us by email as soon as your order is received which will include order details and shipping information. You will also receive confirmation from us by email as soon as your order ships that will include tracking numbers with links for quick and easy tracking!
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once completed and placed, your personalized order is immediately sent to our production facilities so that we may offer you expedient service, with orders often personalized and shipped within 48- 72 hours! Understandably, cancellations or changes to personalized orders cannot be accepted once you have completed and placed your order. Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it was submitted.

The perfect finishing touch! Make your personalized gift even more unforgettable... add our elegant gift box, wrapped in a classic, black ribbon. During checkout, simply select "Make your present extra special with gift wrapping and a note" option.

CAN I HAVE A LOGO ON MY ITEMS?
Yes! Your logo can be produced on most of our items, but minimum order quantities will apply. Please click the link below to our Corporate Store for more details. NOTE: Additional set-up fees, processing time and delivery fees may apply.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We pride ourselves on fast turnaround with most orders shipping from our New York location within three to five business days!! Each item indicates numbers of days we need to manufacture and process your order.
CAN MY ORDER BE PICKED UP?
We do offer local customers an option to pick up their orders. The customer pick up option will be displayed on the checkout page for you to select. Orders will be processed in 3-5 business days. We will contact you via e-mail once your order is ready for pick up. Orders may be picked up in our lobby Monday - Friday 9 am to 5 pm.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
We are required by law in New York, where we have presence, to charge applicable sales tax on products shipped to those jurisdictions that levy a tax.
In certain states, including New York, we are also required to charge tax on shipping charges.

WHEN WILL I GET MY PACKAGE?
Domestic Shipping
We offer free economy shipping on all orders shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. This free shipping option will automatically appear in the shopping cart on qualifying orders once you’ve entered your zip code.
Delivery time is determined from the date the order is shipped. Most orders ship within 5-7 business day. However, processing time varies depending on personalization selection and does not include weekends or holidays.
International Shipping
We are glad to offer International shipping to our customers at an additional flat rate charge. International shipments (outside of the continental US) are shipped using USPS Priority Mail International delivery service which assumes 6-10 business days from date shipped.
*The flat rate charges are for shipping costs only and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. My Makeup Brushes does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Under no circumstance will My Makeup Brushes accept any orders back due to a rejection of customs charges. Orders cannot be returned to sender. For further information, we recommend you contact your local customs office.
WHO PAYS FOR INTERNATIONAL IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES?
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes upon receipt in destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Unfortunately, My Makeup Brushes has no control over these charges and is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or delivery services.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track the status of your order 24 hours after it has been shipped using the link in your email. Please note that My Makeup Brushes will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.

WHAT TYPE OF NATURAL HAIR DO YOU USE IN YOUR BRUSHES?
All of My Makeup Brushes natural hair bristles are either Pony, Goat, Sable or Italian Badger hair.
HOW DO YOU CLEAN THE BRUSHES?
Wash bristles with soap, rinse and lay brush flat to air dry.

It means that there are no animal products used in the production of those brushes.
WHAT IS THE FERRULE?
The ferrule is the metal ring of the brush that connects the handle of the brush to the fibers or filaments used in the head of the brush.
