While we strive to expedite the shipping process for all customers, we understand that at times rush deliveries are necessary. If you need an item right away, please call or email us and we will try to work with you on getting your order sent out immediately.
Credit cards accepted:
Your billing name and billing address must match the credit card used for payment.
Sales tax amount of 8.875% will be added to all orders shipping to New York residents. Sales tax will not be charged to non-New York residents.
Regrettably personalized items are nonrefundable.
Priority flat rate shipping provided through USPS.
We do not ship on New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, and Christmas Day.
No extra processing time is required to personalize an item for you.
Actual shipping charges for all orders will be shown to you before you finalize your order.
You will receive an order confirmation with tracking number via email after placing your order. If you do not receive an order confirmation please email your contact information to Info@MyMakeupBrushes.com and your order confirmation will be emailed to you. Orders placed after 3pm will be received on the following business day. Business days are Monday through Friday.
You may track your order by visiting USPS and entering your tracking number that was sent via email. You may also access your account and track your order.
