Identify which lash is the right and which one is the left by holding the packet under your nose with the lashes facing outwards. To remove from the packet, peel them off starting with the outer edge, working your way in. The reason for this is that if you end up bending the lashes, you want it to be in the area that you will be trimming off anyway, which usually is the outer corner.
Lift the strip lash using a pair of tweezers and rest them along your lash line. Do a dry run and see how they feel and where they end up. Remember, you want them to be comfortable, so let the strip start where the bulk of your lashes begin and end at the outer corner. Trim the access lashes from the outer edge.
This trick is really a life saver!! When you take the lashes out of the box, they are accustomed to being flat. Before applying the lashes to your eye, roll the lashes around your finger and leave it there for a minute or two. This will help them remain more curved in shape and avoid popping up after application.
Using your adhesive applicator or a q-tip, dot on a thin layer of glue along the vein of the lash from corner to corner. Wait a few seconds, until the glue dries a little and becomes tacky.
Now we apply the lashes! Remember to place them where you measured -- start at the bulk of your lashes. Look down when applying and press the strip along the lash line and the corners as well. Wait a few seconds to a minute to let the glue dry.
Now that your lashes are all set, grab your favorite liquid liner and draw a line over the band of the false lashes. This will help blend the line of the vein of the false lashes and your lash line.
To avoid your lashes from being separated from the falsies, go in with some mascara and wiggle from base to tip to create a glue between your real and fake lashes and give the falsies some more stability.
Gently pull the lashes off the packaging with your fingers, not a tweezers this time because you don't want to bend the lashes. Once you've got them, stick them to the back of your hand so you can grab them with your tweezer.
Using the tweezers, grab the lashes from lash side and dip the tip of the lashes in some glue. Wait a few seconds for the glue to dry and become tacky.
Once the glue is tacky, while looking down, place the lash cluster on the outer edge of your eye using a tweezers and holding until dry. Continue this step, while working your way to the inner corner and checking after each cluster to ensure they look the way you want them to look. Individual lashes give you the flexibility to add as much or as few as you'd like to achieve your desired look.
